Shipping and delivery
LYNGGAARD delivers in Denmark with Post Denmark to the address you responsibly have listed as shipping address.
If you want delivery outside Denmark, please contact LYNGGAARD.
On orders over kr. 500 DKK LYNGGAARD pays for the freight.
On orders less than kr. 500 DKK the customer pays for freight of kr. 30 DKK.
The delivery time for stock items ordered before 12:00 on the working day, is generally the next day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.
In the event that an item is out of stock, by backorders and by ordering goods, we will contact you and make a special arrangement.
Once your order is submitted, you will immediately receive your order confirmation by e-mail.
Once we have packed the order and shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This is also your invoice.
If you want delivery on a specific date, note the date of shipment in the notes section. Then we will send the order on the requested date.
Your goods will be packed in the same exclusive way that we use in our two retail stores in Hellerup and Charlottenlund. If it is a gift, we can ship direct to the recipient, or you can pick it up in one of our stores. Just remember to give the correct shipping address.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
LYNGGAARD offer a 14 day return policy, valid from the day you receive your product. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity and with unbroken seal, as it is received. You will bear the costs associated with returning.

LYNGGAARD refund the purchase price to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that the product is in the same condition and with unbroken seals. It is therefore important that you include all required information in the return package, order confirmation and a copy of previous correspondence.
As a buyer, you can cancel a purchase by either refusing to accept it, by transferring the product to the post office or by returning the goods to the specified address. This is within the 14 days.
Note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery and remember to send the package as a value package, so you are insured.
